Dear Customer,
We regret to inform you that on Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at approximately 11:00am, Dynamic Forces, Inc. was the victim of a cyberattack resulting in a potential security breach of our files. Among those files were customer names, addresses, and billing information including credit card numbers. We discovered what appeared to be a breach after a routine system check on Thursday, November 10, 2016. As a precaution, our team immediately closed our online stores and notified the proper authorities. A thorough investigation is underway by our security teams and the FBI, but our webstore remains closed until we are certain we can securely conduct business.
As always, please report any fraudulent credit card charges to your banking institution. Please review this site regarding unauthorized transactions: http://www.consumer-action.org/english/articles/questions_and_answers_about_credit_card_fraud/
We at Dynamic Forces deeply apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused and we promise to remain highly vigilant for any crimes against us and our customers.
